Ready for a yoga practice that will open the body and rebalance the mind?Join us for our 8-week program of Yoga for Flexibility & Stillness! Our class offers postures held longer than typical fitness or yoga classes – we stretch deep into the fascia and connective tissue that often go unnoticed. Through unique floor postures, you will be encouraged to explore your edge on all levels as you work towards creating consistency in your practice. Feel free to use props to help ease yourself into each posture.
After completing this 8 weeks, not only will your body be more flexible, but also your mind more stilled! Find balance with Yoga for Flexibility & Stillness – an oasis of relaxation in this busy world!
