My courses YOGA FÖR STELA MÄN (YOGA FOR STIFF MEN) were some of the most popular and fully booked out courses last year. They were so incredibly popular we had to allocate more dates for the same course in a week. However, what I noticed when speaking with females and other friends who don’t identify as STIFF MEN but for sure identify as STIFF they also wanted to join such a course. A beginner-friendly course that focuses on mobility and range of movements. A yoga class for all STIFF BODIES because all STIFF BODIES can benefit from the contents of such a course. There are more differences between individuals than across any binary gender divide. YUP, we are all in this together!

Drop-in Trials (100kr) 7 & 14 September (try before you commit to full course!)

ONE COURSE 1400 (6 weeks) incl. 1x session open class in exchanged for missed class or to try Slow Flow.
TWO COURSES 2600kr (12 Weeks) 200kr OFF + 2x open class in exchange for missed class or to try Slow Flow.
WEEKEND WARRIOR FULL ACCESS: 3600kr. Also includes 12x Slow Flow & Sound bath (otherwise 200kr/session drop-in) and 30min PT session (otherwise 1250kr/h) when booked by 27 September. (LIMITED: 10 SPOTS ONLY!)

Classes are taught primarily in English unless it's all Swedes in that case Swedish.
What to Bring: Your mat, water bottle, and a smile!
(if you don’t already have a mat or are looking for an upgrade we stock some quality mats and props for sale. There is also an option to rent a mat for your practice.)
Recommended props: a blanket not essential but great to aid your practice regardless of your level of experience.
