Our next Yoga for Sport Pop-up Clinic is here!
90 minutes of tailored advice, guidance & Yoga poses & postures to give some much needed TLC to any areas that need a little extra attention.
Bring Jenny all your twinges, aches & pains and she will give you the Yoga for it!
This pop-up session is designed to support athletes of all levels & abilities from all sporting backgrounds.
We will explore pranayama (breath control) and asana (physical poses)
You will learn about how to engage & take care of different muscle groups in the body with a focus on specific areas commonly affected by participation in sports & activities such as running/cycling/swimming as well as team sports) and any particular muscles/joints you are struggling with.
We will give the whole body a good stretch from head to toe, combine some flow (where we'll link sequences of poses together to aid functional movement) together with more static holds to get deeper into muscles that may be a little tight and end each practice with a guided relaxation.
