This workshop will give you a better understanding of how yoga can support the long term health of your spine. You will improve your understanding of your spinal anatomy, assess your current spinal posture, learn simple techniques to keep your back safe and leave with simple routine that you can do regularly.
-Learn how to asses your overall spinal posture
-Understand the anatomy of lower back - we are not the same
-Discuss few causes of back pain
-Learn simple movements (yoga poses) that will prevent from lower back pain and release the pain if it is already there
