The workshop combines lecture, experiential learning, open discussion and yoga practice.

About your teacher
Eirian is passionate about helping others find the balance between work, rest and play.

Having been signed off work with burnout due to insomnia in her previous career, Eirian’s journey with yoga & meditation has taught her how to build resilience through compassion and deal with life’s challenges in a wonderfully creative way.
In 2020 Eirian’s sleep started to get disrupted again - the current of anxiety from Covid churned up an old stress response of waking up at 5am with The Fear! She then became drawn to Lisa Sanfillipo’s Sleep Recovery programme and completed the teacher training in November 2020. Since then Eirian has been embodying the effective, step by step Sleep Recovery method in her home practice and runs workshops and courses throughout the year.
With over six years experience teaching - expect her offerings to be down to earth and welcoming with a sprinkle of spiritual insight.
