Spend an evening learning mobility drills and yoga poses to help prevent injury and improve balance on the slopes. No prior yoga or skiing/snowboarding experience needed. Learn poses for pre- and post- skiing/snowboarding. Asanas and mobility work to:
- strengthen areas prone to injury and overuse, such as knees, wrists, shoulders, quadriceps, and hip flexors.
- improve balance
- build core strength – a key factor to a safe, efficient skiing/snowboarding stance.
