Yoga is proven to have a positive impact on our self-esteem and is a great form of self-care. It helps us to realise that we already have everything we need within us. On our day, we will learn how to cultivate positive self talk and apply enriching daily habits. We will nourish our bodies with soothing asana and mudra, settle the breath and calm our chattering mind with pranayama. A loving kindness meditation will be like a huge hug for the soul and an indulgent relaxation will conclude our practice. As always, there will be plenty of time for a cuppa, cake and a chat 😊
