On our day, we will learn how to cultivate positive self talk and apply enriching daily habits. We will nourish our bodies with soothing asana and mudra, settle the breath and calm our chattering mind with pranayama. A loving kindness meditation will be like a huge hug for the soul and an indulgent relaxation will conclude our practice. As always, there will be plenty of time for a cuppa, cake and a chat 😊
