Apply scoliosis pattern-specific yoga therapy, including breathing techniques and poses for stretching and strengthening, to reduce pain, stop scoliosis progression, and reduce your scoliosis curve. Take what you learn and apply it to home practice, alignment-based yoga classes, and your positioning during activities of daily living. For those with a yoga pass, 3 passes will be deducted to pay for this class. PREREQUISITE: YOGA FOR SCOLIOSIS FOUNDATION CLASS on the Thursday of the month before this practice class, 6:30-8:30 OR a PRIVATE YOGA FOR SCOLIOSIS ASSESSMENT.
