In this FOUNDATIONS course, learn what scoliosis is, your specific scoliosis pattern, and the science behind adjusting your positioning during daily activities and applying scoliosis pattern-specific breathing and yoga poses to reverse your curve. You will also learn how to set up your environment to optimize your practice and basic postures and breathing to begin your journey to managing – and correcting – your curve. This class is a prerequisite to the monthly scoliosis practice. If you have attended a scoliosis course in 2024 you can bypass this prerequisite. If you cannot attend this class you can schedule a Private Yoga for Scoliosis Assessment prior to attending the monthly practices.
