This workshop is suitable for short and long distance runners and those who run as part of their sport e.g (football, rugby).
Expect a fun and energising yoga practice beginning with a 🔹functional mobility sequence designed to be performed pre-run as a warm up 🔹moving into a gliding and flexibility sequence which links strength-building exercises and yoga poses specifically targeted to release tension in the hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes and IT band 🔹 finishing with a post-run sequence designed to future-proof your performance and keep you running injury free.
