Join us for the Yoga for Runners Series with goodbeet!
Location: goodbeet - haddon twp
Join us for a morning of self-care designed specifically for runners! Yoga for Runners will focus on the key areas of the body that are engaged during running, offering mobility exercises and stretches to enhance flexibility, strength, and recovery. This session is perfect for those training for the Broad Street Run, helping you incorporate movements into your routine for improved performance and injury prevention. Although, anyone is welcome to attend! After the class, enjoy a complimentary protein smoothie to replenish and recharge.

Option to start your morning with a run/walk at 8am for 45 minutes of fresh air before heading into yoga!
