Yoga and running are perfect bedfellows. No matter what your current pace, if you're a runner, you want to be a faster, more efficient runner. And yoga can help you achieve those goals.
You need zero yoga experience! Come and join a USATF-certified running and jumping coach (Raziq Rauf) and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher for a set of beginner-friendly instructive yoga flows that will help you shave minutes off your race time.
After the physical exertions, we will convene for a beer-fueled roundtable discussion where we will share ways to achieve your running goals via yoga.
- 10.30am - 2-3mile gentle neighborhood run
- 11.00am - Runner-targeted yoga flow
- 12.00pm - Beers + roundtable run/yoga discussion
DETAILS
- Please bring your yoga mat and a towel. Mats will also be available for rent.
- We will leave promptly at 10.30am for the run.
- No yoga experience is required - ALL levels are welcomed and encouraged!
- Class is held inside the brewery taproom.
- Street parking is available around the taproom.
- No running or yoga under the influence!
