About this Event
Runners, incorporate a short yoga sequence into your training to stretch and strengthen before or after your run on the Chicago lakefront running path. The sequence will focus on your feet, calves, hammies, quads, hips, chest and shoulder opening. Pretty much your entire body! Breath work will be part of the sequence to explore the expansiveness of your lungs along with mental refreshment.
Developed and taught by Eric, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and runner who is raising funds via this donation-based class to cover his first Chicago Marathon as he runs on behalf a Latinos Progresando.
There will be many ways to donate (if you wish) on site.
