This Yoga practice will include strengthening, flexibility, and breath work. The physical part of the practice will pay particular attention to the hips, hamstrings & calves, as well as lengthening and stretching into the psoas muscle.
We will end the practice on a guided relaxation to invite softness & stillness into the mind & body.
You don’t have to be a runner to attend this workshop. This event is suitable for beginners & no previous experience in yoga is required!
