💚 YOGA FOR RUNNERS.. Whether you are training for a marathon, have just started your Couch to 5k or are somewhere in between, then this themed yoga special is for you.
Come and join me in November to release and lengthen tight/sore muscles, increase your flexibility, range of movement and help reduce your risk of injury.
We will work with the breath to help soften and release tension, both physical and mental, and will enjoy a guided relaxation to end our physical practice of targeting those specific areas that can be sensitive, shortened (and overworked!) as a result of our running sessions.
Suitable for all, including total beginners to yoga.. all you need is a mat and a willingness to give it a go!
