For clinicians~ If your client can self regulate somewhat without relying on you heavily to coregulate the nervous system in sessions, if your client can tolerate and be semi present and take in information and stay in the group setting, I would say the client is ready for this yoga class. If your client is mostly in the dorsal, dissociated state, I would say the client is more appropriate to be engaging in individual therapy for somatic grounding skills. This is a yoga class, not group therapy.
