Limited mats to borrow, first come first served

In case of inclement weather, updates will be sent the evening before.

About Diana Wang: Diana Wang (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and received a teacher training in 2019. She has also done research uncovering ways that breathwork benefits autonomic nervous system function, as part of a PhD in aging and stress physiology. “In my classes, I try to create a supportive space where we can explore movement and breath in our ever-shifting bodies and minds. My approach is playful and individualized, and I try to meet each student where they’re at. I also really like to weave in evidence-based breathing and mindfulness techniques into the class so that you can leave the mat feeling more centered. You can expect a mixed-levels vinyasa class when you join me to practice.”

About The Doula Project: We are a volunteer-run, collectively led organization that provides free compassionate care and emotional, physical, and informational support to people across the spectrum of pregnancy. Visit nycdoulaproject.org for more info.
