From preventing Diastasis Recti to Pelvic Floor therapeutic exercise, my class offers science-backed practices to not only support pregnancy, but to be more intune with YOU than ever before!

Yoga for Pregnancy means putting your and your baby’s needs first! My class provides a worry-free yoga practice to safely continue (or begin) a yoga practice in pregnancy, but to learn HOW to practice FOR pregnancy. This too IS yoga <3
