A super nurturing and revitalising class for women during their pregnancy. Pregnancy can sometimes be challenging both mentally and physically. We aim to keep you happy, healthy, bond with your baby and feel strong from the inside out. These classes are a great place to feel supported and connected with other mums-to-be. Our ladies always say they feels less pain and have a fantastic night’s sleep after this class.
We specialise in antenatal education to help you understand your pregnancy and prepare you for birth. Join our ANTENATAL COURSES WITH YOUR BIRTH PARTNER – A great alternative to NCT or other hospital courses as we focus on a holistic (all options) for birth, work on theories and practical ways to make birth calmer for you and your baby.
Common ailments: Back ache, sleep disturbance, pelvic girdle pain (PGP) & anxiety.
Investment:
Single: £15:00 per class
Block Booking: 5 and 10 classes
Monthly Package: No contract
Provided: Mats, blocks, brick, blankets & bolster.
No experience necessary and all levels and abilities welcome.
