Chair Yoga is for everyone! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Together, we’ll move through gentle yet effective postures that support strength, flexibility, and ease in your body.With the use of a chair and wall for support, you don’t need to worry about floor exercises. Instead, you’ll find accessible movements that meet you where you are. Our caring instructors will offer variations so you can practice in a way that feels good for you.
