Enhance awareness of your pelvic health through education and mindful movement. Join us as we hold space for the histories and stories our bodies carry while supporting confidence and healthy habits both on and off the mat.Through this series you will learn how to use mindfulness and intentional movements to improve your own pelvic health. Often referred to as an “emotional organ”, the pelvic floor is a small group of muscles at the base of the pelvis and an essential component of your core, responsible for maintaining continence, supporting the pelvic organs, sexual function, healthy respiration, as well as spine and hip health.
