In this workshop, you’ll:
- Explore the anatomy of the pelvic floor and how it connects to posture, breath, and core function
- Practice yoga-based movements that improve coordination, mobility, and tone of the pelvic floor muscles
- Learn how to identify and engage (or release) the pelvic floor correctly
- Integrate breathwork that supports intra-abdominal pressure and improves core stability
- Discover how the pelvic floor relates to bladder function, sexual health, and low back or hip discomfort
