Yoga For Peace with Ruby Patchouli is a gentle, grounding flow and peace meditation. This is appropriate for all levels and ages. Her style of yoga is a peaceful, mindful approach. There will be a special soundtrack themed for Peace Week. Bring a mat, smile and water.
