Yoga for Modern Backs - 3 Saturdays in November!📍 The Shore Studio, Malmö
Most of us spend hours sitting and looking at screens - and our bodies (and minds) pay the price.
During these 3 special Saturday classes, we’ll work on releasing tension in the upper back, neck, and shoulders – the areas most affected by desk work and digital life.
You’ll experience a series of gentle, accessible yoga practices supported by the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, designed to restore posture, ease muscle tension, and calm the nervous system. You’ll also notice how releasing physical tension can help release stress and stored emotions.
You’re welcome to take notes or photos to remember the key poses (I’ll help you if needed).
While I usually teach individually (online or in person) because yoga is deeply individual practice (we all have different bodies, emotions, goals, and life stages), these 3 group lessons are suitable for almost everyone.
