Whether you’re navigating mobility challenges, recovering from an injury, or seeking a gentler yoga practice, this class is tailored to support your unique needs.
Using a chair for stability, you’ll explore movements that increase mobility, improve posture, and reduce stress, while also practicing foundational skills like getting up and down from the floor—essential for maintaining independence and preventing falls.

This 4-week series meets every Wednesday in March at 12pm Beginning March 5th. (March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th). $50 for the 4-week series.
Please note: This class is held on the second floor of the Wellness Loft, accessible by one flight of stairs.
