Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Monday.
Classes are £7 to drop in or £5 for members of Ackworth Road Runners, payable on the night in cash or via BACS (ask for details). There are two sessions each Monday; one for beginners and improvers at 6.15pm and later for active improvers at 7.30pm.
Feel free to bring a blanket to get cosy for relaxation!
