Whether you're a yoga teacher, mental health professional, or someone looking for more tools to navigate life’s challenges, this workshop offers a practical and heart-centered approach to integrating yoga and mental health support.Led by Rachel Wilson, experienced yoga therapist (C-IAYT), teacher trainer, and longtime student of all things mental health and healing, this training blends science, philosophy, and embodied practice. You'll explore:
