So many people suffer daily with low back pain. The good news is, you have the power to reduce your back pain naturally with targeted stretching and strengthening. In this two hour workshop you’ll:-Learn about the anatomy of the low back to understand the your pain and how to relieve it.
-Do a yoga practice to gently relax and strengthen your muscles.
-Receive a take-home yoga practice so you can continue reducing tension, improving strength, reducing your back pain.
It’s important to know that your back pain probably didn’t develop overnight, and it’s not going to resolve overnight. But with a consistent, targeted, gentle yoga practice, you can reduce or maybe even eliminate low back pain due to poor posture or poor fitness. This isn’t a quick fix, but the time invested will be well worth it because you’ll be addressing the root of the problem.
This workshop is available in-studio only and spaces are limited to 15 attendees.
The fee for this 2-hour session is $35, Studio Members receive a 20% discount.
