In this series we will discuss how you can begin & maintain the healthy yoga habits and practices that suit you and your life style best. Learn how to use the ancient wisdom of yoga for your modern life. In this six week series we will focus on yoga for life balance. Classes will include discussions, asana practice, meditation, pranayama, journaling, etc. Taught by Amy. Registration required on our website. Offered on Mondays at 9:30am as well.
