Take a fun and playful yoga journey led by Sarah of Surya Moon Yoga on Fridays from 1:00-1:30p.m. for four weeks in June!We'll learn individual and partner poses through songs, rhymes and storytelling, all while building confidence, creativity, and strength. Children and caregivers will practice different ways to center themselves using breathing and mindfulness techniques.
This program will be held in the Story Hour Room, within the Children's Department.
This class is designed for families with kiddos aged 2 to 5 years old, but anyone is welcome! See less
