While often misunderstood or misdiagnosed, hypermobility affects more yoga students than many people realize. Flexible bodies are naturally drawn to yoga and frequently praised for their range of motion, yet without the right support, these students may unintentionally push into patterns that increase discomfort or lead to injury.
