Yoga for Hips & Lower BackThe most common answers to "what do you want to work on today?" are "hips" and "back". Join Lori Barrett RYT200 in this 5 week class as we focus on both!
This is an all levels yoga class with a focus on the hips and lower back. Each week the class will be similar to the last so you can see how the body changes over this 5 week series. You do not need to attend all 5 weeks, drop ins are welcome, but it is highly beneficial to attend all 5.
We will focus on:
- The Psoas
- The IT Band
- Hip Openers
- Lower Back Release
- Spinal Flexion
- Internal and External rotation of the hips
There will also be a video of the key poses for you to practice along with at home. This video will be available during January, February and March of 2026 for your reference.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move your entire body
- Yoga socks are a plus but not required
