Healthy feet are at the foundation of strength, mobility, and overall well-being. While our bodies naturally change over time, that doesn’t mean we’re destined to feel stiffer or more uncomfortable with each passing year. When we keep moving, we support longevity—and it all begins from the ground up. Led by TYS teacher Heleen Schouten, you’ll explore mindful movement and simple yoga postures that help your feet function at their best. And when your feet move better, your whole body moves with more ease and comfort, supporting you as your body continues to evolve. This workshop takes a whole-body approach to improving movement, beginning with the foundation: your feet.
