About this Event
This class will explore some of the links between yoga and positive psychology (AKA the science of happiness and well-being), and how we can prescriptively use yoga practices — asana, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness — to boost our emotional well-being in an intentional way and create our own well-being toolbox.
