This class will explore some of the links between yoga and positive psychology.This class will explore some of the links between yoga and positive psychology (AKA the science of happiness and well-being), and how we can prescriptively use yoga practices — asana, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness — to boost our emotional well-being in an intentional way and create our own well-being toolbox.
