Yoga for GriefLife can be exhausting.
Losing someone or something that we love brings grief into the mind, body and spirit, which can take a toll on us. So many people are struggling and in pain right now.
Grief yoga is about addressing & expressing any suppressed pain, using movement, breath and sound. It can be a challenge to know how to release and express uncomfortable emotion sometimes. And talk therapy is not for everyone.
So, here is where you find Grief Yoga!
This practice is not as much about physical flexibility as it is about emotional liberation!
Please join Kelsey Muise as she guides students through a beautiful practice. Kelsey will help you become aware of the present moment and recognize where you may hold struggle in the body. More importantly, she will help you release the pain from the body.
Kelsey provides a compassionate and accepting space to do what she loves best, which is to help others.
**No previous experience necessary. **Space is limited to provide an intimate setting.
