Yoga for Grief is a gentle, 90-minute yoga session designed to support the body and nervous system during times of loss, transition, and emotional overwhelm. While grief is often associated with the death of a loved one, it can also arise from major life changes such as divorce, job loss, relocation, or the collective heaviness of current events.
This beginner-accessible practice includes gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and a calming guided meditation.
