We grieve for many reasons, we can experience, sadness, anger, helplessness, disbelief, numbness, guilt, and even bitterness and hostility. In this class we will acknowledge and give grace to our grief and the love that is present in its place. Discovering connection and community, restoring peace within the heart as we honor and release together in this class.
