This Grief Relief workshop defines grief simply as a natural response to life's losses whether it is the death of a loved one, divorce, health challenges, job loss, or even loss of a beloved item or home.
In a safe and supportive environment, participants will be guided through gentle asanas, breathwork, and meditation to address the essential tasks of mourning. Rather than grief counseling, this workshop offers practical tools for the journey through loss.
Bring your favorite non-alcoholic beverage or enjoy our tea after. Wear comfortable clothes (indoor slippers or socks are welcome), bring a pen and paper, and your yoga mat.
