Yoga for Empowerment & Confidence at Toad&CoJoin us for an all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga class (ages 10+) at Toad&Co, where you’ll practice for a great cause! In November and December, we’re partnering with Girls on the Run to support their mission of inspiring confidence, connection, and strength in young girls through movement and mentorship.
🧘♀️ Your $15 donation goes directly to Girls on the Run, helping to empower the next generation through physical activity and life skills.
🧘♀️ Bring-your-own-props if you have them (mats are available for purchase at Toad&Co). We’ll also have extra mats for folks to borrow.
🧘♀️ Drop-ins are welcome, but space is limited—secure your spot by registering below!
