Join us for a 45-minute, all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga class (ages 12+) at Toad&Co, where you’ll practice for a good cause! Start your Friday off on the right foot with yoga that benefits you and the community.
-Bring-your-own-props. We will also have some extra mats for folks to borrow.
-Drop-ins are welcome, or secure your spot by registering below!
