Monthly Community Yoga Class to Support Local Nonprofits

Start your first Friday of the month with intention and connection at our “Yoga for Good” class — a welcoming, all-levels yoga session designed to bring the community together and support local nonprofits.

Join us at Toad & Co on Diamond St. in Portland for a 45-minute, beginner-friendly yoga flow, perfect for every body, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. After class, stick around to enjoy complimentary coffee and light breakfast bites, courtesy of Toad & Co.

Each month, we come together to practice yoga and support a different local non-profit, with all proceeds from the $15 donation going directly to the featured organization. As a special thank you for participating, everyone who attends will receive 30% off any in-store purchases immediately following class!
