Join our yoga teacher Martina for 75 mins of Hatha yoga class at our upcoming expat event @youcanyoga studio in Amsterdam Zuid.Yin Yoga is a gentle, calming practice focused on deep stretching and relaxing the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia. Through long-held, passive poses, Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility, increase circulation, and promote mental clarity. It’s a peaceful way to cultivate mindfulness, release tension, and restore balance in both body and mind.
Unwind, stretch and find a bit of inner peace and make new connections. After the class you are more than welcome to stop by and enjoy a cup of tea all together.
