Building a healthy community is an important goal at Sigma Health Direct Primary Care. As a part of this vision we are hosting "Yoga for Everyone" session. Join this session to find your inner peace and balance, with breath work and movement. Session conducted by Melissa Beaver, founder of Create your balance. Session is $25 and 100% of the proceedings will be donated to LAWS non-profit organization. LAWS Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services provides free, confidential services to all adults, youth and children who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and child abuse.
