Yoga for EveryBody is a 45min Restorative & Yin experience unlike any other. This class is about more than movement - it’s about community, connection, and showing up exactly as you are.There’s no pressure for perfect poses here. We’re not chasing form; we’re creating an experience rooted in presence, care, and compassion.

Our intention is to offer an accessible, affordable, and equitable space. In alignment with that, the cost for this class is $10.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in without feeling rushed.
For the safety of our class and to support a mindful experience, doors are locked promptly at 6:30pm.
