Join us for a basic yoga flow designed for all ages, abilities, and body types. Doors open at 8:15, yoga flow from 8:30-9:30.$15 gets- One hour yoga session, hydrating electrolyte drink, and a high protein healthy meal shake to enjoy after.
Prior experience with yoga is not required, and all movement is modifiable based on your individual ability and comfort level.
All attendees also have access to our body composition scanner, which shows muscle mass, body fat mass, hydration, metabolic age, resting metabolism, and more! The body scan is optional, and also includes a one-on-one wellness profile with a health coach to guide you toward your personalized health goals, which can be scheduled at anytime during the following week.
Please bring your own yoga mat, though we have a few extra if you do not have access to one. It is recommended to bring a small hand towel as well.
