This way, everyone in the class can do every pose in the practice.
"Yoga props" include items like chairs, the wall, yoga blocks, yoga blankets, pillow/bolsters, and more; all props will be supplied.
With class sizes intentionally kept small, every participant receives personalized guidance and attention - helping all leave each session feeling refreshed, empowered, and accomplished.
