Using a variety of yoga props, each pose is adapted to meet the individual's needs, allowing one to feel the benefits regardless of experience or body type. This way, everyone in the class can do every pose in the practice.

"Yoga props" include items like chairs, the wall, yoga blocks, yoga blankets, pillows/bolsters, and more; all props will be supplied.
