Trauma-informed, restorative yoga at Vitalist Institute! This 90-minute class will begin with calming breathwork before moving into gentle, invitational movement. The second half of class will foster deep rest and nervous system regulation as you sink into supported restorative shapes serenaded by a gentle sound bath. This class is adaptive and inclusive - Sarah offers MANY options for new and seasoned yoga practitioners. We have blankets, mats, blocks and bolsters in the studio space, but feel free to bring your own for added comfort!Sarah is a member of Yoga Alliance and is also a certified trauma-informed SHE RECOVERS Yoga Teacher.
